Pipe weld purging systems ordered
Following on from a previous substantial order for pipe weld purge systems, the UK's Ministry of Defence (Battlefield Support) has now ordered similar equipment for use in Afghanistan.
Following on from a previous substantial order for pipe weld purge systems supplied for use in the Falkland Islands the MOD (Battlefield Support) has now ordered similar equipment for use in Afghanistan The current requirement is for the purging of 75mm pipework welds
Such size welds are purged with Argweld Inflatable Pipe Purging systems covering the range between 58 and 84mm diameter.
