Three leaflets show ranges of pipe stopping products used for a wide variety of applications including retention of debris during servicing, welding and leak testing.

Backing tape prevents weld failure
Backing tape used in the welding of seams or runs help to prevent weld failures and produce flat, slag-free welds requiring no grinding or backgouging.
The HFT Pipestoppers Division manufactures a nylon range for tubes and pipes from 12-150mm, a steel range for pipes of 50-1200mm and an aluminium range for pipes from 38-925mm.
The plugs are used for a wide variety of applications including retention of debris during servicing, welding, leak testing, internal surface protection against spray paint and shot/sand blasting.
