A Hutchinson roller conveyor belt replace the four systems used in the conveyor assembly (flat belt, round belt, chain and timing belt) and offers a 30% reduction in conveyor cost.

IHutchinson Transmission has developed its ConveyXonic belt for roller conveyors It can transport loads from 1 to 1,200kg (2 to 2500 lb) as well as replacing the four systems used in the conveyor assembly (flat belt, round belt, chain and timing belt)

The belt's elastic properties allow for at least a 30% reduction in costs by using one motor for twenty rollers, while improving life span and absorbing shocks and vibrations.

The torque transmission, said to be up to four times greater than an O-Ring, increases package flow speed up to 4m/s.

The ConveyXonic belt improves efficiency while working silently.

Hutchinson claimed it requires little maintenance since lubrication and retensioning and are not needed.

Easy to use thanks to an automatic or semi-automatic installation, the ConveyXonic product line is standardised in function of the centre distance, the centre distance tolerance and the transported weight.

The ConveyXonic is available worldwide through our distributors, with two, three of four rib profiles (PJ2, PJ3, PJ4).

Check with Hutchinson Transmission for the nearest distributor.
