Pallet labeller places adjacent labels
A new pallet labelling system for automatic 2-side pallet labelling operates as a one-stop machine when 2 adjacent labels are required on a pallet, front and side or rear and side.
One IP-9000 ink jet coder is fixed in position over a production line (see photo), the second unit is mounted on a mobile base unit, and this allows the customer freedom in placing the IP-9000 ink jet coder over different production lines.
The IP-9000 prints down onto the panel as it passes along the conveyor line prior to being placed onto the pallet stack.
Legibility of the printed text is important to ensure the correct panel is used on the building site, and that the panel complies with current legislation.
The IP-9000 will print up to five lines of text, graphics, time and date and offset dates and various barcodes, ITF 14, EAN 128 etc, at line speeds upto 90m/min.
The IP-9000 controller is simple to programme with its large LCD panel that gives a w.y.s.i.w.y.g display, it may be connected direct to a PC for network control.
The IP-9000 is economical in use and inks can be supplied in different colours.
The IP-9000 operates via 110 or 240V AC and does not require any factory air.
