In a freestanding print and apply system of robust construction, labels are printed via an integral printer then fed onto an applicator pad.

The Mectec TF-150 is a freestanding print and apply system of robust construction, labels are printed via the integral T60 printer then fed onto the "Tamp-Blow" applicator pad On a given signal the applicator moves out to apply the label onto the relevant face of the pack, the application is a combination of tamp and blow, this technique gives reliable contact / adhesion of the label when the pack has an un-even surface! The T60 printer used by the TF-150 system will print text, barcodes, logos, date and time as well as best before dates and counters

The T60 is a Thermal Transfer printer capable of printing labels widths from 10mm up to 170mm max.

All true type fonts can be used in a label design and are downloaded to the printer as required.

Labels are designed using the "MecWin" windows based label design software then downloaded the printers memory for use in "stand alone" mode.

If your labels need to contain variable data they can be accessed via the optional TG300 keypad where any manual input data e.g "Batch No" may be entered locally for printing on the label if required.

The MecWin program has a built in network function (RS485), this allows up to 31 printer units to be accessed via a single PC.

Tasks available include updating label lists and printer configuration.
