Hockh have set the benchmark when it comes to innovation and quality whilst achieving various patents throughout their history notably the Vacuum Drying patent as far back as 1987.
The Multi-clean range, are hermetically sealed plants and can be delivered for using Perchloroethylene, trichloroethylene or alternately halogen, flammable solvents.
The Hockh system is totally sealed and works under vacuum therefore allowing solvents to work under reduced temperature and perform consistently with parts with various types of oils concentrations, complex shapes and high throughput demands.
Hockh's speciality is to build customised cleaning plants from small to large chambers all based on standardised modules.
With the addition of carbon adsorption and control with a solvent concentration measuring device below 1gr/M3, you are guaranteed to meet the solvent emission directive or the European VOC.
The Multi Clean 1-4F which will be showcased at the Mach 2006 exhibition has a working envelope of 500x300x200mm and will clean and degrease your parts between 5 to 10 charges/h with stages of spray, immersion, ultrasonic, vapour and a drying phase whilst also having the ability to rotate or oscillate your parts at any stage.
Multiple Filtration and oil distillation keeps your solvent free from contamination and with the touch screen all processes are easily controlled.
Additional devices such as an auto basket transfer system, auto closing basket system, parts recognition ensure an efficient delivery of parts to the machine.
