BSI Group Become a Distributor of
IdeaGen
The IdeaGen Software has signed an agreement with the BSI Group, for BSI to distribute Quality Workbench and Workbench Professional process and standards management software.
The IdeaGen Software has signed an agreement with the BSI Group, a global provider of professional services to organisations and a developer of private, national and international standards, for BSI to distribute Quality Workbench and Workbench Professional process and standards management software As a new distributor of Workbench systems, the BSI has managed to fill a void in their current product range of software solutions, and will be sending out details of Quality Workbench to address the many enquiries they receive each year

To meet new rules and customer requirements for sending electronic records, IdeaGen recently improved the functionality of its fully integrated Workbench Professional software and released the latest 4.8 Version of Workbench Professional.
The software is continuously improved incorporating feedback from users and the latest release of the software boasts a new attachment feature.
Documents and highly confidential images and records can be "securely" stored in the database instead of the usual paper or uncontrolled electronic copies.
For example, a non-conforming product or health and safety related incident may have associated documents or photographs which are relevant to the resolution of the problem.
These are now stored along with the incident record so staff may review and process the record more efficiently.
