Following a successful trial of Idhammar.OEE, Superlas are now implementing the system in their live production environment
The Superlas group is a global leader in the field of development, manufacturing and distribution of high-quality mandrel-made elastomer hoses for technical uses.
Their production facilities in Gebze near Istanbul, Turkey cover an area in excess of 30,000 m2 and with an annual output of 12 million metres per year, they now rank amongst the biggest and most modern in the world.
The Superlas product range reflects the extreme and varied requirements of their clients.
They have more than 10,000 product variations with diameters ranging from 6mm to 500mm and from full vacuum to 100 Bar working pressure.
Following a successful trial of Idhammar.OEE, which was managed by Idhammar local agent BOT, Superlas are now implementing the system in their live production environment.
