Information Engineering acquires,
renames IMS
Following the acquisition of Eagle Systems in early May, 2003, SYSPRO software distributor, Information Engineering, has acquired IMS, a SYSPRO distributor in Ireland.
Following the acquisition of Eagle Systems in early May, 2003, leading SYSPRO software distributor, Information Engineering, has now acquired IMS, the predominant SYSPRO distributor in the Republic of Ireland IMS, based in Galway and Dublin becomes Information Engineering Ireland with immediate effect and all staff at IMS will remain in Ireland as part of the new organisation
