Fastening controllers raise productivity
Fastening conrollers enable increasing coherence and efficiency in the control of stationary and hand-held screwdrivers and spindles while ensuring higher levels of productivity and traceability.
This is particularly important for cutting brittle materials such as natural stone, marble or glass.
Easy to use, Abraline features a non-pressurised upper tank of 200 litres capacity to store the abrasive material that can be loaded by simply removing the top cover.
An integrated sieve in the tank ensures contaminants are kept out of the vessel.
The lower tank is constantly monitored by Abraline's control system and is automatically fed from the upper tank when the sensor detects an insufficient level of material.
The pressure regulator allows the pressure to be set to suit different feed hose lengths.
Coloured control lamps constantly show the status of the unit.
These include an indication for when the pressure vessel is open and sand is being transferred from the upper tank, and a warning light to alert the operator when the abrasive level in the upper tank becomes low and needs replenishing.
The versatile Abraline abrasive transfer system from Ingersoll-Rand, the leading supplier of waterjet systems, can be installed either as an integrated component controlled by a centralised control system or as a separate stand-alone unit.
