Linear guide saves space, needs no
lubrication
To combine variety, make the best possible use of existing space and all without the need for lubrication were the specifications laid down when producing a new linear guide.

The key word to use when describing DryLin W is modular.
Rail widths of 40 and 80mm allow several combinations alongside different carriage lengths of 100, 150 and 200mm.
The system can be expanded as required by using a longer rail width and by increasing the spacing between carriages.
Such design flexibility means the DryLin system can be used in a variety of applications and be built around pre-existing design constraints.
With the single rail DryLin W system, applications involving a corner or rail misalignment up to 90O can be resolved.
The danger of the system seizing is eliminated, as the carriages can rotate around the shaft to tolerate small, misaligned angles.
The DryLin W linear guide can also be used with standard aluminium profile systems.
The DryLin system has a possible moment of resistance of 96 Nm up to 400 Nm, depending on the size of the guide.
The static load capacity is about 4800 N in all directions of load and for all sizes.
The new guide is especially suitable for applications in the packaging industry, automation and handling, as well as applications with a single axis, for example sprue pickers or X-Y tables.
The DryLin W system has the usual advantages of this product group: stability, very low clearance, extreme dirt resistance and high wear resistance.
It is 100% maintenance and lubrication free, guaranteed by the use of slide films, and is made of iglidur J material.
Other advantages include the system's low weight and overall height, corrosion resistance and silent operation.
