igus will be exhibiting on stand 5121 at the TOTAL show this year The company will promote its latest stainless steel linear guide, which was designed principally for the food process and packaging industries

igus developed the stainless steel version of its DryLin W linear guide especially for corrosive enviroments.

The linear system was designed principally for the food process and packaging industries and for chemically exposed and underwater applications.

The rails are made of V4A high-grade steel (316 Ti), which means DryLin W Stainless offers maximum corrosion resistance, withstands many different chemicals and is resistant to temperatures up to 250 degC.

The linear guide needs no lubrication and therefore does not require any form of maintenance during normal operation.

igus will also be promoting Triflex R, its multi-axis flexible Energy Chain System designed to guide and protect cables around a robot.

Due to its round-shaped design, Triflex R glides around the outer contour of a robot, without becoming hooked in and jammed.

Its enclosed design offers protection against welding spray, dirt and filth and its smooth inner contour extends the life of the cables.

Highly flexible Chainflex cables for drive technology will also be on display.

igus now provides power and signal cables harnessed to Fanuc standard in any length.

igus already supplies system cables for Siemens, Indramat and Lenze drives. Request free introductory details about products from Igus UK ...
