Profile roller energy chain is fast and quiet
For transmitiing energy and data to indoor and outdoor crane equipment and conveyor systems, Igus has dveloped its 'System P4' roller energy chain for even quieter operational smoothness.
This makes various versions possible: for example there are the following.
* The 'iglidur X' ball for high pressure resistance even under permanently high temperatures.
* The 'iglidur UW' for underwater applications.
* The 'iglidur J' offers a particularly low friction value.
* The "iglidur R" is a low-cost version.
The next generation of igubal rod ends also has an integral lock nut.
The KBRM rod end is easy to assemble, as a hexagonal housing allows customers to use a spanner along the complete shaft length.
The rod end bearing is available with a shaft diameter of 10mm; diameters of 6, 8 and 12mm will be available soon.
As with all igubal machine components made of high-performance polymer compounds, the rod end bearing is dry-running and therefore maintenance-free.
The service life of each version can also be calculated. Request a free brochure from Igus UK ...
