director

"His marketing expertise will be a welcome addition as Inventronics continues to diversify beyond its long-time customer base in the telecommunications industry." Earlier this month, Inventronics announced an agreement with a new U.S.
customer that is expected to generate $8 million of additional annual sales.
The customer, which has not been identified for competitive reasons, is from one of five industries - cable television, electronic controls, electric utilities, energy resources and computer servers - that Inventronics has begun targeting to attract additional customers outside the telecommunications sector.
"In only a short time, we have successfully attracted new customers in all five of these targeted industries, and we are confident we will attract many more," Stearne said.
"Wiggan will play an important advisory role in Inventronics' ongoing market diversification and expansion program." The Inventronics board is composed of retired Northern Telecom executive Jack Hillier; Kent Jesperson, chairman of La Jolla Resources International; retired 3M executive Gerald Pint; Stearne; and Wiggan.
Inventronics, which was founded in 1970, designs and manufactures custom enclosures and related products for the communications, electronics and other industries in North America and United Kingdom from ISO 9001-registered facilities in Brandon, Manitoba; Sherwood Park, Alberta; and Dudley, England.
Corporate head offices are located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
