Metering pump finely adjusts shot size
Precision stepper motor driven valveless metering pumps allows for ultra fine adjustments to be made to the shot size by changing the stroke length of the pump electronically.
Integrated Dispensing Systems are proud to announce the exclusive distribution of the latest in Precision Stepper Motor Driven Valveless Metering Pumps The Vmp uses a well know and industry proven FMI precision stepper motor driven valveless metering pump coupled to a second stepper motor

High viscosity adhesives dispensed efficiently
Designed to process high-viscosity materials, the SeeFlo 494 is ideally suited for dispensing structural adhesives widely used throughout manufacturing for structural bonding.
Easy potting improves automotive electrics
This potting operation is smooth and predictable, allowing a single operator to produce four 80-pin power train connectors every 20 seconds.
This allows for ultra fine adjustments to be made to the shot size by changing the stroke length of the pump electronically.
Fine tune your shot for your needs.
No guessing and no tools.
No external power or air is needed.
The system can be freestanding or can be integrated into an existing system.
The Variable Shot is accomplished through the clever use of two independently controlled stepper motors.
No tools needed - no dials to adjust - no mistakes.
One stepper motor adjusts the shot volume by changing the angle of the pump head lengthening or shortening the stroke of the pump ? on standard FMI pumps this is done manually by turning a lead screw.
The second stepper motor controls the FMI valveless pump, dispense speed and frequency of the shot.
Features include: * Ultra fine adjustment ( 0.0144 micro litres per step ).
* High Chemical compatibility ( Ceramic and fluorocarbon fluid path ).
* High duty cycle ( tested to 84 million cycles ).
* Easy set-up by Electronic Controller.
* 100 stored programs - Run multiple operations with one system.
* Foot switch or remote start - Robot as host.
* Stand alone or panel mount - Flexible mounting to meet diverse needs.
* Gang systems together for meter mixing and multi-headed dispensing.
The XL Controller makes changing setups easy.
The user-friendly touch screen provides simple entry functions to adjust the shot volume, how many cycles required to achieve the desired shot volume and speed of your shot.
With 100 stored programs, you can change between setups on the fly.
For a more graphical interface a Palm Zire can be used to program a single pump or every pump on the line.
Data can be backed up to the Palm and transferred to your computer for safe storage.
A password function can also be used to prevent the program from being changed by an operator.
Coming soon is our OEM version of the pump with all of electronics for its use on board.
It will be programmed with a Palm, PLC, or computer.
Multiple pumps will be able to be chained together and programmed via local intranet.
