Dual head metering pumps vary two flows
Users can now proportionally meter and electronically vary the flow rate of two fluids at ratios from 1:1 up to 1000:1 at flow rates from 20 micrilitres/min up to 4L/min.
By combining the Ratio:Matic Dual Head Metering Pumps from FMI with the NEW V300 Stroke Rate Controller, users can now proportionally meter and electronically vary the flow rate of two fluids at ratios from 1:1 up to 1000:1 at flow rates from 20 micrilitres/min up to 4L/min Ratio:Matic pumps consist of two FMI pump heads direct coupled to a single variable speed drive

High viscosity adhesives dispensed efficiently
Designed to process high-viscosity materials, the SeeFlo 494 is ideally suited for dispensing structural adhesives widely used throughout manufacturing for structural bonding.
Easy potting improves automotive electrics
This potting operation is smooth and predictable, allowing a single operator to produce four 80-pin power train connectors every 20 seconds.
Each pump head is independently adjustable, and a variety of pump head sizes are available.
The NEW V300 Stroke Rate Controller is designed for accurate fluid metering in laboratory, RandD, test stands, pilot plants, process, and production applications.
The V300 features front panel membrane switches for convenient manual setting of pump stroke rates adjustable in 0.1% increments.
Stroke rate can also be controlled electronically through an interface which can accept 4-20mA, 0-5 VDC, and 0-10 VDC input signals typically provided by process sensors and instrumentation.
The large 3 digit LCD readout displays either the percentage of flow rate in the manual position or the actual percentage of selected input signal when controlled electronically.
The unique design of FMI's CeramPump utilises one moving part, a rotating and reciprocating ceramic piston to accomplish both pumping and valving functions without valves.
The piston and mated liner are made of dimensionally stable, sapphire-hard ceramics which ensure long term, drift-free accuracy of 1% or better for millions of maintenance-free cycles.
Ratio:Matic Series pumps are available in AC, DC and stepper motor drive configurations.
The system produces a Pulse-Free Fluid Delivery with 1% or Better Accuracy for Millions of Cycles.
Fluid Metering is certified as compliant with ISO 9001 quality standards.
The Fluid Metering Catalogue details operating principles, pump capacities, motor characteristics, materials of construction, prices and ordering information.
