IPL has introduced its Shure-Lock line of industrial pails for packaging, protecting and displaying a variety of industrial products.
They use 20 per cent less resin than polyethylene (HDPE) containers whilst exhibiting the same strength.
Offset quality also increases when using PP, said IPL.
Shure-Lock containers are said to be easy to open, close, handle and ship.
Due to its design and interlocking rings, the Shure-Lock container's top fits snugly in to its bottom, creating a stable pallet.
The containers are suitable for a range of industrial products, including detergent, joint compound, adhesives and fertilisers, said the company.
Shure-Lock pails and commercial containers come in 13 different sizes ranging from one-quart to five-gallons.
IPL Packaging claimed that it is the only manufacturer in North America to produce and offer a range of polypropylene pails and containers.
