Infor sets up European base in UK
Infor that exclusively focuses on the manufacturing and distribution markets, has acquired Intuita Holdings, UK, in its first step in providing its distribution software outside of North America.

Intuita Holdings will join the Infor Distribution Group, which is led by Jim Byrnes, senior vice president and general manager, and will continue to operate in its existing location.
Both Infor and Intuita Holdings are privately held companies.
