Infor presents latest product developments and strategies for maximising the value of enterprise solutions.
Infor, one of the largest global providers of enterprise software, will again present latest company and product developments at CeBIT 2007, using the world's biggest IT fair as a forum for dialog with customers, prospects and partners.
From March 15 - 21, 2007, Infor will thus be found at two locations: In hall 5, stand C24, and in hall 3, stand C45, info point 3.
CeBIT is the world's largest trade fair showcasing digital IT and telecommunications solutions for home and work environments.
CeBIT visitors will have the opportunity to talk to Infor experts about their individual software needs, getting to know solutions for their business challenges live and first hand.
With enhancements to all currently available solutions Infor demonstrates its commitment to enrich the value of current customer investments, extend core ERP applications with new business-specific solutions and evolve the Infor product line to produce next-generation solutions.
Infor will also unveil its plans for Infor Open SOA, putting business requirements in the driver seat to achieve new business agility for fast changing market environments.
Infor's stand in hall 5 invites customers and prospects to learn more about business benefits of Infor's complementary software offerings, taking visitors away from the noise and hectic of the show to 300 square metres of business-oriented atmosphere.
Hot topics at CeBIT 2007 will be supply chain planning, warehouse management, transportation management, compliance, performance management or budget and forecasting.
Infor will also present solutions expense management, reporting, planning and strategy as well as human capital management, HR and Payroll.
In particular, Infor shows built-in industry-specific functionality to the automotive, discrete and process manufacturing industry as well as the distribution industry.
In hall 3, stand C45, info point 3, the focus is exclusively on solutions for performance management and business intelligence.
Infor takes part in the Forum Business Intelligence and Enterprise Information Integration (Forum BI and EII).
The main centre of attention will be on strategy management, consolidation and reporting as well as on planning, budgeting and forecasting, targeting companies regardless of their industry.
Highlights and new developments will be shown for the following solutions:.
* With more than 25 customer-requested features included, Infor ERP LN Feature Pack 3 offers enhancements, which enable discrete manufacturers to automate essential business processes in areas such as reverse logistics, tax reconciliation and multi-currency handling.
New benefits include reporting and auditing for cycle counts and inventory adjustments; optimised invoice sorting and composing options; improved consolidation of multiple purchase requisitions in one order; and new reports on linked purchase and sales orders.
* Another CeBIT highlight is Infor CRM Epiphany, the market leading proven software solution for integrating marketing, sales and service.
Infor CRM Epiphany is built on Open Architecture, a service-oriented architecture platform based on modern J2EE technology.
The software is designed to manage customer interaction, helping enterprises to plan ahead according to changing demands.
* The latest release of Infor SRM SupplyWeb, the leading supplier relationship management (SRM) solution in the automotive industry, includes new features to improve collaboration between customers and suppliers, providing new tools designed to enhance data accuracy, and demand and order management.
SupplyWeb version 10 offers manufacturers the benefits of a proven SRM solution that is easily integrated into their enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
* With the next release of Infor ERP COM, Infor will provide increased embedded vertical industry capabilities.
Based on analysis of user demands, there will be more than 50 customer-prioritized features and modules included.
Enhancements for specific verticals are targeted at tier-2 and tier-3 automotive suppliers, offering dynamic Kanban, additional trading partner packages, full support of repetitive manufacturing, a cockpit for vendor management inventory (VMI) as well as extended pricing for release orders.
* Infor also present the latest release of Infor ERP Xpert, which predecessor Infor XPPS is currently used by 17 of the 25 world's largest tier-1-suppliers.
Based on Infor Open SOA, the latest additions give customers in the automotive sector the necessary flexibility to react to ever changing market demands.
Infor ERP Xpert includes the module Infor Global Financials.
* Also solutions within the process industry just like Infor ERP Ratioplan, which just has been given the ISO 9001:2000 certification which is an important seal of approval for reliable, high quality collaboration will be part of the show-area of Infor.
* Also one highlight for the process industry will be on Infor ERP Blending.
This solution offers integrated closed-loop compliance from design to planning to execution, and enables customers to reduce costs throughout the entire product lifecycle, optimise material usage, and integrate important quality aspects such as allergen management.
* Another CeBIT highlight is Infor's new version of Infor EAM MP2.
This asset management solution for small to medium size companies will be available globally and includes extended features who will improve the usability with Microsoft based servers and operating systems.
Infor EAM MP2 will also support Microsoft's new Windows Vista.
