In an evaluation against 10 other vendors, Infor ranked highest for the functionality of its Talent Management solution, and received the highest rating for customer experience.
Additionally, the report cited Infor as having a strong business vision, development road map, and technology strategy to improve its position in the HRMS market.
Infor HCM Talent Management is built on open standards J2EE and supports multiple platforms.
The completely integrated and unified solution is part of Infor Human Capital Management and is available as an on-demand hosted solution or as a licensed implementation.
