Diamond end mills offer longer life in graphite
Diamond coated, high wear resistant micro grain carbide end mills have a 30 degree helix specifically designed for machining graphite with longer tool life than equivalent carbide tools.
Micro-grained ball nose cutter mills hard steels
Manufactured from ultra wear resistant micro grain carbide, a two flute ball nosed, straight shank cutter is designed to machine steels hardened to 65 Rockwell C.
The infinitely flexible range of lightweight tools includes products with spindle speeds ranging from 20,000 to 65,000rpm.
The tools can be used for grinding, deburring, finishing, mouldmaking, CNC machining, drilling, robotics, etching and a host of other applications on materials ranging from wood, plastic, rubber and stone through to wrought iron, cast materials and exotic alloys.
Products on show will include the Air Turbine Spindles' new super precise 600 Spindle Series.
It maintains high speeds and torque under load - with no gears or lubrication, cutting cycle time and downtime.
No more free speeds that drop right off or geared motors that burn up under load! In a unique innovation, 600 series spindles can select between center and side air inlets in one unit (patent pending).
The selectable air feed connectors enables the user to switch between V flange or side air feed connecting options in one unit.
Unique versatility whether mounting in a V Flange for CNC use or in a vertical mill.
For long continuous operation and durability under load standard ceramic bearings and rigid stainless steel housing with integrated 3/4" shank make Air Turbine Spindles' 600 Series durable and accurate with a TIR 0.0002" held concentricity.
Vast quantities of all products are held in stock and the exhibition will be the ideal platform for ITC to demonstrate the capabilities of the extensive product range.
ITC sees this show as an excellent opportunity to demonstrate its complete range of Solid Carbide and HSS tooling.
