A most advanced and flexible 4-in-1 system for soldering of Luxeon Emitters simultaneously applies dispensing, placing and soldering processes over sensitive diodes.

IVAS Tech introduces the most advanced and flexible 4-in-1 system for soldering of Luxeon Emitters Luxeon is a revolutionary, energy efficient and ultra compact new light source, combining the lifetime and reliability advantages of light emitting diodes) with the brightness of conventional lighting

It is smaller, lighter, sleeker, cooler, and brighter.

Based on our successful experience with PLM2000 Series Pick-and-Place Machines, we have succeeded to develop one system for simultaneously applying dispensing, placing and soldering processes over these sensitive diodes.

Thanks to the linear motor driven X and Y movement the Hot-bar Soldering Machines offer reliable, accurate and precise application process combining high throughput and long lifetime.

Due to its modular construction, the Hot-bar Soldering Machines can be used as standard pick-and-place machines to mount the whole board.

The soldering temperature as well as the pressure is adjustable to generate a high energy density in a short timeframe and to prevent open soldering joints.

A special nozzle ensures damage free pick-up of the lumileds and holds the component firm and steady during placement.

Those features make the Hot-bar Soldering Machines a cutting edge solution for all production facilities.
