Precise thermographic images analysed
on-line
Data of precise thermographic images of a process can now be directly transferred to a control unit via a FireWire connection and can be analysed online.
At the MTEC show in the NEC, Birmingham, UK, at booth D63 InfraTec will demo its thermographic solution VarioCAM The camera can be operated with various application-specific high-quality Germanium lenses tailored in the city of Carl Zeiss in Jena/Germany
Thereby the most precise thermographic images of the process can be obtained.
Now this data will directly be transferred to the control unit via a FireWire connection and can be analysed online.
The powerful analysis software package IRBIS will guarantee that surpassing certain temperature thresholds will result in trigger impulses for the control of the manufacturing process.
