The thermographic solution VarioCAM head can offer thermal images with 640x480 infrared pixels.
This unique feature of the cameras being manufactured in the city of Carl Zeiss in Jena/Germany is based on an opto-mechanical unit and is not just an interpolation.
Especially for quality control this enhanced resolution will open the doors to improved reliability as now even smallest faults can be detected at a the price of a standard thermographic camera.
For the implementation of VarioCAM into running quality control systems the provider InfraTec will make use of its extensive experience.
