The new, state-of-the-art, Pulsed DC Controller from Meech Static Eliminators, provides users with the option of connection to ion balance sensors and feedback systems to optimise ionisation performance, as well as offering the opportunity for remote operation The 977v3 is designed to operate with the full industrial range of Meech Pulsed DC static elimination equipment, allowing operators to adjust the polarity, power and pulse rate of the ionised air to match the requirements of the task and providing switch-adjustable input to 110/120V 50/60Hz or 220/240V 50/60 Hz applications
Pulsed DC static control is the preferred solution for many thermoforming, plastic injection moulding, winding and wicketing applications where conventional ionised air blowers are not appropriate due to restricted location, manufacturing process requirements or risk of dust contamination.
