A self-contained collet chuck works with standard B60 collets, offering more options for collet chuck users to machine larger sizes of parts.

JAP208-B60 also has a built-in air cylinder, so the user need not have to purchase and install a hydraulic system.

JAP208-B60 is equipped with double pistons, ensuring strong clamping force.

Chuck repeatability can be within 0.03mm with standard collets.

JAP200 Series Self-contained Collet Chuck now has four models as follows.

* JAP206-5C which works with 5C collets.

* JAP207-16C works with 16C collets.

* JAP207-B42 works with B42 collets.

* JAP208-B60 works with B60 collets.

All models have dead length design, meaning that the work part's position will not be changed when in operation.
