CE approved safety eyewear
Jackson Products has introduced three ranges of CE approved safety eyewear for industrial use.
It has a large 101mm x 127mm (8.5cm2) EQC filter lens, the largest filter available, providing the wearer with an optimal viewing area, whilst the amber leans offers greater visibility when viewing finished welds with less eye strain.
The variable shade, sensitivity and delay adjustments inside the helmet allow the wearer to adjust the lens settings using 3N1 technology for the welding mode (variable between shades 9-12) grinding mode (shade 5) and cutting mode (shade 3).
Jackson's 'Intellisense' technology allows the lens to detect weld less than 5 amps, making it ideal for low amp TIG welding.
Operated by 2 x AAA batteries, it has two independent sensors on the front of the lens The filter lens is mag lens adaptable and it will also fit the 'Halo X' and 'HSL' range of welding helmets available from Jackson Products.
All Jackson EQC filter lens meet the DIN EN 166 EC Health and Protection Directive on Personal Protective Equipment 89/686/EEC and the American Nation Standards Institute ANZI Z87.1+ high impact standards and specifications.
