Jackson Safety has introduced 'Nemesis RX' an EC standard range of black framed, clear lens dioptic safety spectacles for use when cutting, grinding, bevelling and drilling.

Jackson Safety, the West Midlands, UK subsidiary of US-based Jackson Safety, personal and industrial safety equipment manufacturers has introduced 'Nemesis RX' an EC standard range of black framed, clear lens dioptic safety spectacles These spectacles are designed as general purpose industrial safety spectacles for use when cutting, grinding, bevelling and drilling as well as for operating machinery

They are available with a range of 5 dioptre strengths from +1.0 to +3.0 to help the wearer to focus more clearly through distortion free peripheral and forward vision than standard lens allow.

The large lens give the wearer complete wrap around impact protection., whilst the enhanced nose piece design with integrated ridges channels away any perspiration and the extended temples grip the wearer's head to prevent slipping.

Supplied as standard with a neck cord, they provide 99.9% UV protection and meet DIN EN 166 EC Health and Protection directive on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) 89/686/EEC and American National Standards Institute ANSI Z87.1+ high impact standards and requirements.
