Jenoptik to acquire Linos operations
Jenoptik Laser, Optik, Systeme and Linos have agreed that Jenoptik Laser, Optik, Systeme will acquire Linos's Giessen, Germany-based operations retroactively to January 1, 2004.

Applied Photonics, USA and Jenoptik, Germany have signed a cooperation agreement to accelerate the commercialisation of laser cutting for flat panel display and cell phone manufacturers.
