China JV
German company Jenoptik is strengthening its Asian market presence in production measurement technology by setting up a new joint venture in China - Hommel Telstar in Shanghai.

Outside Asia, Hommelwerke has investment holdings and subsidiaries in the USA, France and the Czech Republic.
During the course of the globalization of the automotive industry and its suppliers, it has become absolutely vital for Hommelwerke to have a direct local presence.
By having a global presence in the key centers for the automotive and automotive supplier industries the company is benefiting from its close geographic vicinity to the clients.
