"With the Jumbo Roll holder, the number of reel changes can be reduced by a factor of ten in some cases and this can provide a quick payback".
"We are very pleased with this addition to our JentonAriana portfolio." Reels of 800, 1000 and 1200mm diameter can be accommodated and are carried on a reel holder frame that can be easily manipulated by one person with a standard pallet truck.
Two holders are provided with each system so that a new reel can be made ready in advance to further reduce downtime.
The company says that there are further hygiene advantages in that the reels are simply handled with little human contact, no pallets being required on the production floor and no risk of reels coming in contact with the floor.
Jenton have a demonstration system at their Whitchurch Showroom and trials can be arranged.
