MatrixOne increases management team
MatrixOne (NASDAQ: MONE) has expanded its team of senior executives to include three new vice presidents.
MatrixOne (NASDAQ: MONE), the first in Intelligent Collaborative Commerce(tm), has announced it has expanded its team of senior executives to include three new vice presidents Frank Carrabba joins as vice president of engineering operations, Alberto Costales as vice president of alliances and Brian Murphy as vice president of worldwide professional services, adding depth and experience to MatrixOne's executive team and positioning the Company to meet its aggressive goals for growth and outstanding customer satisfaction."The addition of these three executives will provide a measure of talent, professionalism and experience to our senior management team that will further ensure that MatrixOne dominates the collaborative commerce space," said Mark O'Connell, president and chief executive officer of MatrixOne

Prior to Radnet, Carrabba led development and engineering efforts at Document Directions, UNIFI Communications, Lernout and Hauspie Speech Products and Autographix.With over 20 years of business experience in the creation and successful implementation of strategic alliances for the IT industry around the world, Alberto Costales joins MatrixOne as the new vice president of alliances.
In this role, Costales will implement MatrixOne's global alliances and work with the Company's product marketing, engineering and customer success organisations to ensure that external applications developers create innovative and commercially viable products for the eMatrix(tm) platform.
He will also develop processes for, and assure the successful support and management of resellers, ASPs, ISVs and VARs.For the last six years, Costales served as founder and president/CEO of GLOBALnet, Inc., an enterprise that assists high-tech companies to penetrate international markets through the use of local channels and global alliances.
In this capacity, Costales created strategies and developed processes to identify, qualify and manage alliances for companies ranging from mid-sized to Fortune 50 enterprises.
Previously, Costales was director of business development for Asia Pacific and the - more/-Americas for Digital Equipment where he established alliances, created joint ventures and conducted acquisitions in India, China, Korea, Southeast Asia, Australia and throughout Latin America.Brian Murphy joins MatrixOne as the vice president of worldwide professional services.
He will work with MatrixOne's professional services management team to oversee the group's technology consulting practice and its commitment to customer success by maintaining customer focus, tremendous work ethic and a "can do" culture to foster happy clients and an ability to generate revenue.
Murphy most recently ran Radnet's professional services group.
Previously, he served for 11 years with Lotus Consulting, where as managing director, he led business development, contract management, strategic business planning activities, revenue forecasting, cash flow management and human resources management in three worldwide regions including the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.
