The true water solubility of Superdraw G200 allows for total removal in warm tap water, whereas water washable lubricants often leave a film on components after washing, these films can affect plating, painting and enameling processes.
An aluminium cookware manufacturer based in Birmingham, UK, has trialed Superdraw G200 on its most arduous forming processes and found total satisfaction with its performance, with no tearing, splitting or marking on the complex components.
Operators found the lack of odour very appealing.
