Stamping lubricants and tube bending lubricants for automotive and other heat transfer components include vanishing oils, thermally degreased oils, and semi-synthetic oils.

After significant research and development, John Neale has introduced its Fin stamping lubricants and tube bending lubricants for automotive and other heat transfer components Fin lubricants include vanishing oils, thermally degreased oils, and semi-synthetic oils for the best possible performance and for heat exchanger fins from 1fpi to 30fpi

Products are based on FDA approved components, water soluble residues for easy removal, and R134a compatible residues.

The vanishing oils are currently being used in products with fin heights of 3fpi.

John Neale said it already had extensive experience in tube bending and forming lubricants being a supplier to aluminium, copper and stainless steel tube drawing mills.

The company had supplied tube bending lubricants for the most difficult metal forming processes.

Using this capability the company said it has brought together a range of lubricants specifically for the heat transfer component market.
