JohnsonDiversey has developed EnduroPower, a new cleaning concept whose thixotropic property prevents drying on surfaces, which means less corrosion.

Neither a foam nor a gel, JohnsonDiversey has developed EnduroPower with a superior technology that makes it possible for the food and beverage industry (processed foodstuffs, milk and beverages) to reduce hygiene-related operations as well as saving on time, water, energy and labour EnduroPower has been introduced successfully in the USA and Canada and nine European countries are now experiencing the same success with the use of EnduroPower at key sites

JohnsonDiversey supplies a full range of products for cleaning open surfaces in the food industry.

In order to be competitive in today's market, the food and beverage industry must leave the beaten track and find original, creative solutions to enhance food safety and quality while also increasing productivity and returns.

JohnsonDiversey's EnduroPower range of products offers numerous advantages.

Dilution in water increases their viscosity, improving adherence to surfaces and extending contact time.

EnduroPower leaves surfaces moist for longer and does not flow too rapidly, especially on vertical planes.

Penetration of even the most persistent stains is enhanced and detergency improved.

Rinsing is shorter than for traditional products, such as foams, and product removal is also made easier.

EnduroPower's thixotropic quality (gel that becomes liquid when shaken or stirred) prevents detergent solutions from drying on surfaces, which means less corrosion.

The concentration of active substances in the detergent solution remains low, unlike with traditional products where water evaporation results in very high concentrations of active substances, which can lead to corrosion.

EnduroPower also means less creation of insoluble deposits when using formulae to protect sensitive metal surfaces (aluminium or copper alloys, for example).

Classic products containing specific active substances leave irreversibly insoluble deposits on surfaces when they dry.

The EnduroPower technology prevents drying and therefore prevents the formation of these irreversible deposits.

JohnsonDiversey specialises in hygiene products (detergents, disinfectants and lubricants) and dosage equipment for these products.
