Safety roller doors from Jokab Safety UK allow the user to have a short safety distance to machinery and helps prevent any harm from flying particles or welding splash The door has a noise absorbing cover and can be installed within a space-restricted area

Access to the machine is quick and easy.

Maintenance is kept low, as the door has very high reliability features together with a fast silent drive, 0.8 m/s up/down.

To start any machinery the door has to be in a closed position.

The closed position is monitored by Jokab Safety's own, Eden non-contact sensors.

As soon as the door starts to open the signal from Eden is sent to the machinery or plant via a Pluto PLC, which is also made by Jokab Safety.

The roller door fulfils Category 4 requirements together with Eden and Pluto.

The roller door fabric is designed to withstand out flying particles and also is resistant to a great number of chemicals, which allows it to be installed in harsh environments.

The tough, UV stabilised and anti-static treated mono/multi-filament smooth finish door panel is also available with an optional seamless weld vision panel and is approved for use in food factories.

The safety roller door is simple to assemble, as it comes partly pre-assembled and can be integrated on to most fencing systems.

The door can be manufactured to a size of 4000mm wide and the maximum height available is 3000mm.

The door is CE marked and is suitable for the highest safety level according to EN 954-1.
