The machine can be equipped with different milling heads specifically designed for: Bipolar T2D - T3D head for car design and prototyping applications; T3D Aero- configuration head for high-power machining for the aerospace industry; Bipolar T2K-T3K head for complete mould and die machining and aerospace applications and Indexed TMX head for general precision engineering operations.
The electrospindle cartridge change system JIMS (Jobs Interchangeable Motorspindle System), available on several heads, allows to perform very high-speed machining (up to 24.000 rev/min) and high chip removal operations on the same machine.
The machine can be equipped with tool magazines in different versions, chain-type or modular rack with capacity up to 300 places.
The matching of linear motors with high rigidity has been specifically conceived to allows a drastic reduction in production time together with high accuracy and finishing quality.
Moreover, LinX guarantees reduced maintenance due to the absence of wearing mechanical components.
A better working environment is guaranteed by its reduced noise level.
LinX Compact allows a drastic reduction in production time, high accuracy and finishing quality for: car design and prototyping, mould and dies, aeronautic industry, aero- engine, general engineering, energy.
