A range of high quality chillers, which can be located remotely from equipment served, cover wide temperature ranges from -95 degC to +250 degC.
All models cover an extremely wide temperature range e.g -85 to +250 deg C in one instrument, without the need to change the bath fluid.
The small internal sealed tank and heat exchanger, combined with the powerful cooling and heating system, enable very rapid temperature changes and ramping.
In particular compensation of exotherms within reactions is quickly compensated for without any sacrifice to the precise re-establishment of the optimum reaction temperature.
Due to the sealing of the tempering tank the operator can work at high temperatures without any oil fumes being vented into the laboratory.
Similarly work at low temperatures is achieved without any ice build-up or condensation problems.
The self-optimising controller (ICC - Intelligent Cascade Control) employed in Presto models provides excellent temperature stability and control.
If required, the classic PID control parameters are available at the touch of a button for manual modification.
All models have an interactive 4-line LCD display as well as a bright, easily visible Vacuum Fluorescent Display (VFD).
A two-year warranty is available with these models.
