Compressors offer low noise levels
Jun-Air has produced a range of oil-lubricated and oil-less air compressors that offer an unrivalled combination of low noise levels, reliability, long life and low maintenance.
Cabinet make quiet compressors even quieter
A soundproof cabinet for an oil-less compressor range reduces sound emissions to as low as 55 dB(A) from the already quiet compressors for workshops where silence is desireable.
The range includes oil-free single cylinder OF301 and OF1201 models and twin cylinder OF302 and OF1202 models.
All are designed for 50/60Hz dual frequency operation at all worldwide voltages, providing greater flexibility for exporting OEMs that are designing equipment to operate anywhere in the world without modification.
Claimed outputs are up to 130 litres per minute at 8bar and models are also available to operate at 10bar maximum pressure.
The oil-free compressor pumps are claimed to be vibration-free and extremely quiet at 76dB(A) as free-standing units.
When housed in optional silent-running cabinets, noise level as low as 47dB(A) can be achieved, added the company.
All units are also rated for continuous duty and feature multiple outlet ports to enable connection in any plane, making them suitable for integrated installations and demanding OEM applications.
Jun-Air air receiver tanks are available for OEMs that need air and gas storage capacity from four litres - 150 litres.
The tanks are internally powder coated to resist corrosion and ensure that the air and gas stored is in optimum condition.
All models in the range comply with global standards including EN, ASME and GOST R and are covered by a five-year guarantee.
