Anti-splash solvent dispensers are intended to manually dispense alcohol, acetone, isopropanol, ethanol, methanol, thinners and any other liquids used electronic manufacturing and repair work.
Its video camera has 25x optical zoom and 12x digital zoom and the item under inspection is displayed on a 15-inch flat screen monitor with the facility for video recording; a CRT monitor is optional.
Good field of vision ensures that reasonable sections of the item are viewed at any time, also making the unit well suited to training applications to pin-point component faults.
The product placement table, which can be moved up and down, is 296mm x 388mm and laser alignment ensure accurate location.
Automatic oblique viewing is provided for side inspection, and the oblique viewer also rotates through 360 degrees.
Controllable LED lighting gives the required product illumination.
Stainless steel construction is used throughout and the unit will operate on 230/240V or 100V supply systems.
Announcing this new product Kaisertech's sales director, David Sibley, said, "We have spent a lot of time developing this inspection unit, which is being launched as a mid-range system.
