Suitable for a range of PCB handling tasks the range includes workstations, buffer section conveyors, gates, loaders and unloaders.

These units will mechanise PCB production from assembly to wave solder out-feed.

Conveyors from 1m and longer can have workstations that include overhead lighting and shelving while PLC controlled buffer section conveyors will hold up to fours boards.

In-feed and out-feed sections can interface with all makes of wave-soldering machines.

Several types of loaders are available for loading from magazine to conveyor.

Where appropriate units have PLC control and communication is SMEMA standard.

Various options are available, depending on the unit, and these include anti-static belt segments, ESD grounding points, automatic width adjustment and in- and out-feed speed control.
