High quality stainless steel tanks and vessels can be supplied by a stainless steel fabricator for water and sewage treatment plants.

High quality stainless steel tanks and vessels can be supplied by Kells Stainless for water and sewage treatment plants The products include balance, dosing, aeration, WFI and chemical treatment tanks including acid tanks and general storage vessels up to 220,000 litres capacity, together with batch reactors and waste digesters

Ancillary equipment including platforms, ladders, handrailing and other access or safety related products can also be supplied.

Atmospheric and pressure rated vessels can be supplied to international standards with full validation.

Bulk storage vessels are produced to BS 2654 and API 650, with bio-processing equipment to ASME BPE 1997.

Unfired pressure vessels complying with Design Codes PD 5500 and ASME VIII Div 1, with manufacturing covering BS EN287, EN288, ASME 1X and FDA requirements.

Tanks can be supplied from an extensive OEM range of products, with expertise available to provide unique customised solutions for liquids storage and processing problems.

A full range of engineering services can be provided including front end studies, site surveys and full contract management where required.

Engineering design, procurement, testing, delivery, installation, commissioning and a full after sales service is also incorporated.

A 25,000ft2 workshop is available with dedicated stainless steel fabrication facilities.

Automated processes include seam welding together with both internal and external polishing to Ra standards.

Degreasing, passivation, Rioflavin testing together with multi-procedure non-destructive testing are also provided.

Mechanical designs also feature heat transfer technology where required utilising dimple jacket or limpet coil options.

Production is covered by quality assurance standard ISO 9001/2000, with CE certification to EU directive and machinery - 98/37/EC, pressure - 97/23/EC and electrical - ATEX 94/9/EC The company is an approved fabricator by EU Notified Body under module D of PED.
