Pulsed-MIG welder produces no spatter

Among products at Germany's 'Schweissen und Schneiden' show will be a single phase Pulse MIG welding inverter with arc characteristics that produce a weld with no spatter.

Finnish welding equipment manufacturer Kemppi OY, one of Europe's largest welding equipment suppliers is aiming to put the company's slogan 'Joy of Welding' into action through brand new products and exciting stand activities in hall 2 on stand nr.

230 at the World's largest welding products exhibition, 'Schweissen und Schneiden' (Welding and Cutting) from 12-17 September 2005, in Essen.

Kemppi will be exhibiting and demonstrating a number of brand new innovative, ultra light, compact, high performance, digitalised MIG, MIG/MAG, Synergic MIG, MIG Brazing and TIG welding inverters utilising Kemppi's own 'State of the Art' power source technology.

Amongst the new products on view will be a new single phase Pulse MIG welding inverter for the automotive industry with arc characteristics that produces a weld with no spatter.

A feature of all the new equipment on show will be the power to weight ratios with power savings up to as much as 10% and weight savings up to as much as 70%.

Kemppi's product statement 'Arc under Control' means exactly what it says and visitors will be able to experience for themselves Kemppi's new equipment together with the new exciting software that has been developed to underline the product statement.

New investment in high speed camera techniques is allowing Kemppi to view the arc as it has not done before and this is supporting the Company's arc research work with the results being seen in the latest new equipment and software.

For the duration of the show, the Company will be offering special promotions on equipment, including the opportunity to receive a mountain bike with certain packages.

As well as these special promotions, exciting entertainment on a specially designed stage will be provided to get the feet tapping.

In addition some lucky visitor will have the opportunity to win a visit to Sao Paulo in Brazil and receive prime viewing tickets to watch the 2006 Brazilian Grand Prix.
