The MinarcMig Adaptive 180's user-friendly design makes good on Kemppi's customer promise - 'The Joy of Welding'.
The machine's adaptive adjustments are simple and the instructive LCD display makes using the machine easy.
In practice this adaptiveness means that the user chooses the material and sheet thickness, based on which the machine provides the optimal welding parameters.
The LCD display shows graphically the key data: amperes and voltage, selected wire feed speed, and material and gas combination.
Thanks to its ease of use, the machine is suitable for professional and hobby applications.
The red dot award ceremony will take place on 26 June in Essen, Germany.
All award-winning entries will be on display at the red dot museum 'Design on stage - winners red dot award' exhibit 27 June-23 July 2006.
