NSK Europe selects Kewill Interchain to optimise their Logistic processes for the European market

Supply chain execution solution specialist, Kewill Solutions Europe, is pleased to announce the availability of the new release of its EasyTrade software.
J Sainsbury Extend Relationship with Kewill
J Sainsbury PLC is extending its relationship with Kewill Systems Plc, the supply chain execution solutions provider.
The project will focus on delivering a solution that supports NSK internationally in both a multi-site and multi-modal environment.
Using multiple modules from the Kewill Interchain Chainware suite including iWarehousing, iTransport and the iCustoms modules, the solution will be implemented in a scalable technology environment by running on multiple database and application servers to deal with the large volumes of transactions and activities that will be managed on a day to day basis.
The solution allows NSK to support their Radio Frequency (RF) enabled distribution centres (DC's) and factory warehouses connected to their Materials Handling System (MHS) and utilising best-of-breed backward scheduling functionality (trip driven release of warehouse orders) while supporting Virtual Warehousing.
Ron Vollebregt, Managing Director - Kewill Interchain stated, "We are delighted that NSK has selected Kewill Interchain as its Supply Chain Execution and Logistics solutions partner".
