KMT has made an agreement in principle with three employees at KMT Herber regarding the divestment of part of KMT Herber's operations.

The sale is the result of an earlier decision to discontinue KMT Herber's operations.

The new owners will assume full responsibility for machines supplied earlier, in addition to other client undertakings.

Moreover, the customary conditions for a transfer of operations apply.

The divestment requires the approval of the Annual General Meeting which will be held on March 29, 2007.
