Low cost plasma units offer quality cuts
Two different plasma cutting units, for cutting on materials up to 20mm thickness (CutLine 20W) or 40mm thickness (CutLine 40W) provide excellent quality cuts at low cost.
Two different plasma cutting units, for cutting on materials up to 20mm thickness (CutLine 20W) or 40mm thickness (CutLine 40W) provide excellent quality cuts at low cost By using the FineFocus principle with double-straight effect - known from our machine torches for CNC-technique - the Kjellberg-FineFocus torches are reaching an excellent cutting quality

Air-plasma cutting units updated
Air-plasma cutting units for manual cutting feature a safe cutting start of the pilot arc allowing 'running cutting' starts and 'running piercing'.
Plasma arc cutting units' gas control optimised
The first production machines of a new line of plasma cutting units, with optimised gas control, for CNC-controlled operation are now to be delivered in the next few days.
Both sides of the cut can be used.
Due to the small cutting kerfs loss of material and pollution are minimized.
Outstanding are the very low operational costs when using water-cooled FineFocus plasma torches.
The direct cooling principle for the consumables is reaching a five to six times higher life time of nozzles and cathodes.
Caused by cooling of consumables on the spot of heat generation no wear of torch body can be established.
But also a soft-start circuit for cutting start and piercing is increasing the longevity of nozzles and cathodes.
Compared with air-cooled plasma torches air consumption is reduced by nearly 80 %! Plasma gouging especially with CutLine 40W offers a clean and easy alternative to carbon arc gouging because no after treatment, low heat input, very low distortion.
It is perfectly suitable for the removal of welding seam defects, cracks, inclusions, cast iron cleaning and so on.
The process easily can be followed visual, noise level and smoke formation are widely reduced.
Kjellberg Finsterwalde offers a wide range of accessories (e g circle attachments, wheel guides, tractors, bevel caps and bevel cutting attachment) for all plasma hand torches, which enable the operator to solve various cutting problems.
Therefore we recommend these units for use not only in steel but other materials too.
