Most powerful intensifier for waterjet cutting is compact and light weight and provides metal-to-metal seal eliminating traditional seals thereby reducing consumable costs and downtime.

KMT Waterjet Systems, the leading worldwide supplier of intensifiers for waterjet cutting, will be highlighting its most powerful version of the SL-V series, the Streamline SL-V 100S STD, at EMO 2005 To date, KMT Waterjet has already sold more than 4500 waterjet intensifiers from the Streamline series

With the introduction of the Streamline SL-V range the company has set new design and operational standards with the Hard-Seal-End-Cap-Design (HSEC) that makes service rare and easy.

The new Hard End Seal Cap (HSEC) topwork design is both compact and light weight.

It provides metal-to-metal seal eliminating traditional seals thereby reducing consumable costs and downtime.

The bolted end cap is also much easier to assemble at a maximum torque of 48 Nm.

A Soft Start feature provides users with up to 20% energy savings in power consumption when the pump is first switched on.

The smooth start also keeps torsional start-up loads to a minimum.

The range features a Moeller MI-4 control system which provides full operational control including access to individual components' alarm histories to achieve maximum lifetime usage.

The multi-lingual display also provides simple guidance through maintenance procedures.

Also on show at EMO is the Abrasive Management System AMS I which provides the highest levels of accuracy, reliability and economy in continuous abrasive flow for Waterjet cutting systems.

These systems are also designed to be retrofitable to existing systems.

EMO, Hannover, Germany, September 14-21, 2005, Hall 6, Stand H 07.
