The latest water jet cutting heads, which can be used for abrasive and pure water applications, promote cutting efficiency and user-friendly operation.

KMT Waterjet Systems has introduced the new generation of Autoline cutting heads which can be used for both abrasive and pure water applications With Autoline II, the reliability of the original model has been combined with innovative new features that promote cutting efficiency and user-friendly operation

Autoline II systems can be integrated into all waterjet units, including 2D, multi-axis machines or robotic systems.

Customers can easily upgrade old cutting heads of any make to the new KMT Autoline II.

The centred and powerful waterjet is one of the key features of all Autoline cutting heads.

Faster installation and set up times can be achieved thanks to the self-centering alignment of the orifice to the focusing tube.

This guarantees an effective cutting jet.

The Autoline II cutting head includes only three wear parts: the water orifice, the mixing chamber and the focusing tube, all of which are made from extremely wear-resistant materials.

The mixing chamber consists of an exchangeable insert which if worn, can be simply replaced.

Indeed, Autoline II uses the latest generation of insert technology which is more competitively priced than ever before.

Autoline II is also a tool free cutting head so that focusing tubes can all be easily changed by hand.

Abrasive and pure water cuts can be made with the same water nozzle, so that retooling takes only a few seconds.

Improvements have also been made to the abrasive feed, including reduced installation dimensions, lower maintenance requirements and therefore improved productivity.

The abrasive material is fed through a wear-proof cemented hard metal tube at an angle of 30 deg to the mixing chamber.

This reduces the need for space and prolongs the service life of the nozzle body and insert.

The mixing chamber has been repositioned to allow better access for any cleaning and replacement of the nozzle insert.

Autoline II is easy to integrate into KMT's AMS Abrasive Management System which consists of the Autoline II abrasive cutting head itself, the Feedline III abrasive dosing system and the Abraline III abrasive storage and supply system.
