A 30HP intensifier is an affordable, self-contained readily connectable unit that provides cutting pressure of up to 3.600 bar/ 52.000 lb/in2 for single- or multiple-head water jet machines.

KMT Waterjet Systems' 30hp Streamline SL-V Classic intensifier suits abrasive and pure water waterjet cutting and meets market demand for an affordable, self-contained, easy to connect unit It provides cutting pressure of up to 3.600 bar/ 52.000 lb/in2 with the reliability and performance equal to those of the more advanced KMT intensifiers

Called the 'Streamline Classic' model it ican be used for single abrasive head cutting applications including cutting tiles, marble and granite.

Or, it can be used for multi-cutting head pure water cutting.

The Streamline Classic offers many advanced features for those smaller companies, which run single shift operations or are just entering into the waterjet cutting business.

For example, the Hard Seal End Cap Design (HSEC) is now common to all high pressure Streamline SL-V series pumps.

The Moeller easy800 control system reliably and economically operates the intensifier and the cutting machine.

The 'soft start' feature saves operating costs by reducing the required start-up current.

The standard 30HP Steamline SL-V Classic package includes an integrated fan cooler which, with its preinstalled connections, can be positioned wherever needed.

An optional heat exchanger is also available.
